SunEarth manufactures four medium temperature liquid flat plate collectors for use in "active" or pumped residential and commercial solar water heating systems.  Each collector may be ordered with either a black chrome over nickel selective absorber coating or a moderately selective painted absorber coating. 

SunEarth also manufactures two "passive" systems primarily intended for residential use that do not require mechanical pumps or thermostats for their operation.  These are the Copperheart ICS and the SunSiphon thermosiphon system.  

SunEarth's unique Solar Strut (integrated mounting hardware is manufactured from durable and good looking marine grade anodized aluminum.  The strength and material compatibility of the mounting hardware is as important as that of the solar collector or ICS unit in determining the overall structural integrity of the roof mounted components.  Solar Strut allows the contractor to balance the need for a clean and aesthetic rooftop appearance without sacrificing structural integrity

The SunEarth Empire Series collectors have outstanding thermal performance, come in a wide variety of sizes, and have been the industry standard for both residential and commercial solar water heating applications for over two decades.  The Empire Series collectors continue to lead the pack when compared on a $/BTU basis.

The SunBelt is a simple, yet well engineered collector that generates appropriate  performance in the scorching U.S. Sunbelt, particularly the desert Southwest.   In our judgment this is the toughest 365 day climate in the world.  At a time when many solar thermal manufacturers are touting the benefits of high efficiency collectors regardless of climate conditions, SunEarth’s 30 years of experience in the U.S. marketplace has led us to take a different approach.    

The SunBelt collector’s many benefits include significantly lower stagnation temperatures than black chrome or moderately selective absorber plates, reduced system overheating, prolonged propylene glycol and storage tank life expectancies, reduction in nuisance thermostat reset service calls, and lower cost.

The CopperHeart integral collector storage system, or ICS, combines thermal collection and storage in a single unit.  The CopperHeart is designed to meet the international demand for a simple, durable and inexpensive domestic water heating system.  The CopperHeart typically serve as a solar preheater to an existing electric or gas water heater, but may be used as the primary water heater in certain climates.  ICS units are excellent choices for residential new construction in U.S. Sunbelt or other mild climates that do not experience hard freeze conditions.

The extraordinary SunBurst all copper absorber plate is the heart of each of our liquid flat plate collectors and the Oasis pool collector.  SunEarth manufactures standard  absorbers in five sizes, custom replacement plates, OEM absorbers to spec, and pool and spa heating all copper collectors under the tradename of Oasis.  The Oasis pool collectors have standard 1.5" headers and may be ordered with 2" headers if required.
