The SolaRay system is SunEarth's closed-loop system design that can be deployed in any climate. By using DowFrost HD food-grade propylene glycol, the SolaRay can tolerate ambient temperatures down to -60 F without damage. The integrated wrap-around heat exchanger on the Rheem tank provides efficient heat transfer and a double-walled design guarantees no cross contamination between the glycol and potable water, thereby allowing the system to meet even the strictest plumbing codes. The SolaRay system is available in both AC and PV driven DC pumping options. |
